Management And Leadership Lessons at IIM Ahmedabad for 9 Jharkhand Ministers

I’m sure this news brings a smile to everyone reading it. Politics is dirty because of some ministers who go against their consciousness and thereby the other ministers to get the blame. As citizens of India we are happy to hear that 9 ministers from Jharkhand are attending management lesson at IIM Ahmedabad. It’s a three-day program on management and leadership skills.

Professor Arvind Sahay said that “ministers, who are here from yesterday, have been given interaction lessons on various subjects such as leadership and ethics – which is very much needed for a politician, cooperative movement, healthcare, education and public private partnership.

Singh told reports that “this program would help them honour their pre-poll promises. He added that as ministers we make a lot of promises ahead of election, but we have to set priorities and fulfil these promises after coming to power as the resources are limited.  So these educational programs would help us learn new things and come up with new initiatives in our political tenure as to honour our promises.”

The Jharkhand ministers, who are taking part in the programme at IIMA include Ramchandra Chandravanshi, Neera Yadav, C P Singh, Nikanth Singh Munda, Saryu Rai, Raj Paliwar, Louis Marandi, Amar Kumar Bauri and C P Chaudhary. Singh also added that in earlier days people never had any expectations from the state government. But now, they are expecting us to do magic. But such demand is obvious because the BJP is in power in the state as well as at the centre.
